What is Vertex?

The Sales Leadership that builds a system to grow your company predictably.

You outsource all commercial management end to end. We build it, run it, and scale it — with visible results from month six, without you having to build structure or take on the risk.

The starting point

It's not a market problem.
It's a structure problem.

Good products, good teams, and huge opportunities that never turn into revenue — because no one has designed the system that coordinates people, processes, information, and decisions. We call that tangle of disconnected tools and criteria the commercial Frankenstein. Vertex eliminates it.

Five misaligned pieces · most never reaches revenue
The commercial Frankenstein
  • Every department decides on its own, with no shared criteria.
  • Every salesperson sells their own way.
  • Intuition, with no reliable forecast.
  • Spreadsheets that don't match each other.
  • Five tools that share no memory.
  • Isolated heroes; the pipeline collapses.
Vertex — one single system
  • One leadership, one single criterion.
  • One shared method, repeatable and scalable.
  • Governance with forecast and pipeline.
  • One single truth, one dashboard.
  • One stack with one memory: Prospector.
  • A system that executes and doesn't fall over.

How we work

The Vertex Method™

It doesn't work because there's talent. It works because there's structure. The same. Every time. Inevitable.

You're not buying «consulting»: you're buying a method of our own — scalable, repeatable. A four-movement cadence — from noise, to structure — with Prospector built in. It's an indivisible system: you don't buy loose layers, you hire the dedication that makes it run.

The operating engine

Before it thinks, it perceives.

It perceives every signal. It remembers every conversation. It anticipates. It recommends. It executes — before you do.

Prospector is the engine we execute with. It doesn't replace your stack — it sits on top and feeds it. It automates the repetitive work of prospecting, preparation, research, and follow-up, so your team's time goes where it matters most.

The proof

We don't just say it. We show it.

Building the function in-house isn't hiring a role: it's building and coordinating an entire team — leadership, AE, SDR, and tools — with its ramp-up curve, its turnover, and its severance. With Vertex you get the complete system from day one.

Why does Vertex exist?

It's not just another consultancy.
It's a system born from real experience.

Over more than twenty years selling technology from nearly every angle — prospecting, key accounts, presales, channel, sales leadership, and strategy — the pattern kept repeating: the company never failed because of a person; it failed because no one had designed the complete system. Vertex is the company we would have wanted to find.

We don't build sales teams. We build the way those teams think, decide, and grow.
Companies don't fail for lack of talent. They fail because talent works without a system.

What you're hiring

Revenue as a Service.
You buy the stretch you're missing.

You're not hiring hours or a standalone role. You're hiring the part of the funnel your company doesn't cover, run from the outside with KPIs, SLAs, and continuous follow-up. No risk, at half the cost of building the team in-house. Two ways to buy it, depending on where your problem sits today.

The questions that matter

Is this a consultancy?

No. A consultancy hands you a report and leaves. Vertex builds and runs the commercial system with you until it produces predictably. You're buying growth, not advice.

Isn't it cheaper to just hire someone?

The real cost of an employee isn't their salary: it's their fully-loaded salary (social security, resources, vacation) plus severance and rigidity. For the same dedication, the service costs the same or less, with no risk and with committed KPIs and SLAs.

What if it doesn't work?

It's a reversible service, with no employment relationship and a notice period. Exposure is low, and if it doesn't perform, it stops — no severance, no sunk costs. The minimum term for the leadership service is six months, the time it takes the system to mature.

I already have a CRM.

Perfect: we don't replace it, we make it useful. Prospector sits on top of your stack and feeds it. The problem is almost never the tool — it's the system around it.

How do we get started?

With a conversation — not a sales demo — 30–45 minutes to see if there's a fit. If there is, we start wherever makes sense for where you are.

Vertex might not be right for your company.

Growth was never the problem. Structure was.

Outsource your Sales Leadership without giving up a first-class structure. A conversation, not a demo — with judgment, not pressure.
